Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
